Tags

Cross-cutting labels for your saves, suggested by AI and browsable from the sidebar.

Tags are lightweight, cross-cutting labels. Where a collection is a single home for an item, tags are topics an item can have many of: pricing, react, competitor, and so on.

Adding tags

• Type tags directly on a bookmark, note, file, or voice note.
• On paid plans, AI suggests tags from the item's content when you save it, and can tag a whole batch at once after an import. Pro

Browsing by tag

Open a tag from the sidebar to see everything carrying it. In Collections Studio, click a tag inside a collection to filter to just those items. Tags also power search: type a tag to narrow results.

Tag groups & moving

In Collections Studio you can drag a whole tag group from one collection onto another to move all of those items together. It's a fast way to reorganize after the fact.
