Save by email

Forward anything to your personal SortlyAI address and it lands in your library.

Every account gets a personal inbound email address. Forward a newsletter, a link, or a note to it and SortlyAI files it into your library automatically, no app needed.

Your address

Your address looks like:

save+<your-token>@in.sortlyai.app

Find it in Settings → Import / Export in the dashboard, or in Settings → Save by email on the Mac, iPad, and iPhone apps. Copy it and, if you like, add it to your contacts so it's easy to forward to.

What happens to what you send

• An email with a link becomes a bookmark (the first link in the message), enriched and indexed like any other save.
• An email without a link becomes a note tagged email.

On paid plans, the same AI tagging and summarizing applies. Everything you save by email is indexed for search and Ask your library.

Regenerating your address

If your address ever leaks or gets spammed, regenerate it from the same Settings screen. The old address stops working immediately, so update any forwarding rules that used it.
