Billing & subscriptions

Start a trial, upgrade, change plans, and manage payment, all through Settings.

Billing lives in the web dashboard under Settings → Subscription, handled securely through Stripe.

Starting a trial

Every account can use a 14-day trial of Pro features once. It starts the first time you use an AI feature (an AI search, AI tags, or confirming an import), or when you start it from Settings.

• No card needed. Nothing is charged when the trial ends; your account simply returns to Free.
• Your bookmark cap stays at 50 during the trial.
• You keep everything you saved when it ends. Only the paid features and limits switch off.

The bottom of the sidebar shows how long your trial runs and how many bookmarks you've used.

Upgrading & changing plans

From Settings → Subscription you can:

• Upgrade to Pro or Premium.
• Change or cancel your plan.
• Update your payment method and view invoices.

What happens when a plan changes

• Downgrading / cancelling keeps your entire library intact. AI features drop back to the lower plan's quotas.
• On Free, API keys stop working (MCP & API are part of Pro and Premium). The keys are kept and work again as soon as you upgrade.
• Quotas reset on their normal schedule (per month or per day, depending on the feature).

Managing billing on the apps

The native apps link out to the dashboard for Subscription & billing, since payment is handled there. Open the link from Settings → Advanced in the app.
