Meeting suite
Record meetings, type notes as you go, get an AI summary and follow-up email, and prep with a brief beforehand.
The meeting suite turns a conversation into a durable, searchable record, a Granola-style workflow built into SortlyAI. Record the meeting, jot key points as you go, and let AI produce the summary, action items, and a follow-up email.
Record & type notes together
Start a voice recording with the Meeting template. As you talk, use the My notes pane to type the things that matter: decisions, owners, dates.
- On the Mac the notes pane sits beside the recorder; on iPhone it's a toggle.
- Recording never auto-starts. You always press record.
Your typed notes are the highest-signal input: the AI blends them with the transcript when it writes the summary.
Enhance with your notes
After the recording is transcribed, choose Enhance with my notes to (re)generate the summary. It weaves your typed notes and the transcript into a clean set of key points and action items.
Follow-up email
One tap drafts a follow-up email from the meeting, with subject and body. Copy it or open it straight in your mail app. Nothing is sent for you.
Pre-meeting briefs
Before a meeting, generate a brief: give a title and attendees, and SortlyAI drafts a prep sheet from prior related recordings and related items across your library.
Calendar reminders (Mac)
On the Mac app, open Meetings to see your upcoming calendar meetings with Record and Prep brief buttons. Turn on Meeting reminders and you'll get a desktop notification a couple of minutes before each meeting, offering to record it or prep a brief. (Connect your calendar the first time from the Meetings screen.)
Share a meeting
Mint a private, view-only link so someone can read the summary and transcript without an account, and revoke it any time. See Voice notes.
Note
The meeting suite's AI steps (summaries, enhance, follow-up email, briefs) are paid-plan features. System-audio capture (recording the other side of a call without a bot) is on the roadmap for Mac.
